  • When you make a purchase or get a subscription your payment information will be shared with our payment service provider Recharge Payments.
  • When you send an email to help@theplanetdog.com your email address and the contents of your email will be shared with customer service software Freshdesk.
  • When you send us an email, your email address and the contents of your email will be processed by Google.
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site and other selected third parties.
  • If we consider your behaviour to be unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable on our site or at an event we will have to report you to the appropriate third party.
